जागरण संवाददाता, एटा: नया शासनादेश शिक्षकों के लिए नवंबर का वेतन समय से मिलने पर आड़े आएगा। हालांकि एक पखवाड़े पहले ही शासन ने बिना आधार संख्या व पैन कार्ड संख्या के ¨लक हुए वेतन भुगतान किए जाने पर रोक संबंधी आदेश दिया। इसके बावजूद ब्लॉक स्तर पर धीमी रही कार्रवाई के चलते अभी मांगे गए दस्तावेजों की 50 फीसद भी फी¨डग नहीं हो पाई है। जबकि पूरा महकमा इन दिनों चुनाव में जुटा हुआ है।

बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग में चार हजार से ज्यादा वेतन भोगियों को शासन के नए निर्देशों के चलते वेतन का इंतजार करना पड़ सकता है। कारण यही है कि शासन की स्पष्ट हिदायत है कि जब तक सेलरी डाटा में पैन नंबर और आधार कार्ड ¨लक नहीं होता, तब तक शिक्षकों को वेतन न दिया जाए। हालांकि मांगे गए दस्तावेज उपलब्ध न कराने वालों का वेतन रोकने को कहा गया था, लेकिन प्रक्रिया की धीमी रफ्तार के कारण फिलहाल सभी का ही वेतन व वेतन बिल की तैयारी लटककर रह गई है। पिछले एक सप्ताह से स्कूलों से आने वाले प्रपत्र के साथ ही हर शिक्षक के दस्तावेज मांग लिए गए, लेकिन अभी तक 20 से 25 फीसद शिक्षकों के दस्तावेज ब्लॉक कार्यालयों को मिले नहीं हैं और इतने ही दस्तावेजों की फी¨डग नहीं हुई है। जब तक फी¨डग का कार्य पूरा नहीं होता, तब तक वेतन बिल तैयार हो पाना मुश्किल होगा। इस मध्य ही निकाय चुनाव में विभागीय कर्मियों और शिक्षकों की ड्यूटियों से भी कार्य पिछड़ता दिख रहा है। 1 नवंबर को मतगणना होने के बाद ही वेतन संबंधी प्रक्रिया आगे बढ़ सकेगी। वेतन में देरी को लेकर अभी से शिक्षक आशंकित हैं। हालांकि विभाग ने फिर से ब्लॉक मुख्यालय को जल्द से जल्द फी¨डग कराने के निर्देश दिए हैं। उधर वित्त एवं लेखाधिकारी अजय यादव का कहना है कि वेतन प्रक्रिया तेजी से पूरी कराई जा रही है। जल्द से जल्द वेतन भुगतान कराया जाएगा

CBSE recruitment 2017: There are a total of 37 posts available and candidates are required to submit their applications both online and offline.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released a notification regarding the recruitment to various posts on a deputation basis at the CBSE’s Delhi and other regional offices. Candidates who wish to apply for these posts can do so from the official website of the Board (cbse.nic.in).
There are a total of 37 posts available and candidates are required to submit their applications both online and offline. The last date to submit online applications is on November 21, 2017. Candidates must mail the hard copy of the application to “The Deputy Secretary (A&L), Central Board of Secondary Education, Shiksha Kendra, 2 Community Centre, Preet Vihar, Delhi – 110092” within 30 days of submitting the online application.
